The CCPAB is responsible for conducting analysis and making recommendations to the CCP regarding additional AB 109 Plan updates that incorporate further findings and input from local agency and community stakeholders, including formerly incarcerated individuals; align the AB 109 Plan format and content with the new BSCC recommendations; and ensure County Board of Supervisors approval of the updated AB 109 Plan during the next fiscal year budget process. The CCPAB includes 7 agency members (representing the 7 members of the CCP Executive Committee) and 4 community members. Community members serve two-year terms and are appointed by the CCP each October.
Meeting Information
The CCPAB meets monthly in at 700 H Street, Sacramento in Hearing Room 1. Meetings are open to the public and are also livestreamed via Zoom. Interested members of the public are encouraged to provide comments and feedback in person, via Zoom, and in written form (submitted to SacCountyCCPAdvisoryBoard@saccounty.gov).
